Blends during our English sessions

As part of our revision we have been looking at blends or clusters at the beginning of a word or ending of a word.  These blends help us both with reading as well as writing.  Instead of spelling all letters in a word, we use these blends to make it easier and put fluency in our reading.  In this exercise you see the children using front blends to create words of the same group.  It was very interesting to see what words the children came up with some which we had not even talked about in class.  Well done 🙂
