l= lumi (lemon), lapes (pencil), laħam (meat), larinġ (orange), lampa (lamp), lanċa (boat), libsa (dress), labra (needle)

a= anġlu (angel), ajruplan (areoplane), arloġġ (clock), ajkla (eagle), aħmar (red), aħdar (green), abjad (white)
